Gamers are discovering alot of easter eggs in Halo 3, most of them were on the beta. But the two I chose to share are both accessible in the retail version of the game.

The first requires you to leave the in-game boundaries of Sandtrap with Forge, Theatre or a combination of the two. I'm not sure which. Floating next to one of the big grey towers that encircle the map is a multi-color, egg-looking object, covered in letters of the alphabet. So literally, an easter egg.

The second one is pretty funny. The largest and definitly heaviest vehicle in Halo 3 is the Elephant, a huge base on caterpillar wheels. It can hold vehicles in its hull and serves as a storage for weapons as well. This can only be found in Sandtrap and to my greatest disappointment, cannot be placed on a map in Forge. But back on subject; if you manage to detonate enough explosives underneath the Elephant and it lands upside down, you will be able to flip it like any other vehicle. To do this, of course, you press the Right Bumper. A message will always appear on the top-right area of your screen saying "Press [RB) to flip (vehicle)." In the case of the Elephant, the message will read as follows: "Press [RB) to flip...wait, what? How did you do that?" I think that's pretty funny an a perfect easter egg for that particular situation. Good one, Bungie.

That's it from me today, have fun pursuing these easter eggs if you bother to,

Take care and have fun gaming,
