Xbox.com's customer support finally came through for me. After speaking with three specialists I finally squeezed that download code out of them (I made an earlier post about this issue)! As I'm typing this I'm downloading Hexic HD it right now. If anyone else contacted the Xbox Support hotline for any reason and didn't get results, the key is to keep pestering them till they hand over the goods.
